What is FauneVoyage?

FauneVoyage Films & Media is an award-winning film production and visual storytelling company specializing in content for science, environment, and wildlife conservation causes.

What does "FauneVoyage" mean?

It's French—"faune" means wildlife and "voyage" means travel. Together it reflects our mission of bringing environmental stories to audiences worldwide.

Where are you located?

We're based in Petersburg, Alaska, but we work on projects worldwide—from the jungles of Borneo to the Sahara desert and Alaska tundra.

What types of organizations do you work with?

We work with nonprofit organizations, native tribes, government agencies, research institutions, conservation groups, and any organization committed to environmental and scientific causes.

What makes FauneVoyage different?

We combine scientific accuracy with compelling storytelling, have extensive experience in remote/challenging locations, and can adapt from small one-person crews to larger productions. We're comfortable being a "one-man-band and Jill-of-all-trades" when needed.

We provide partial to full-service production including producing, directing, shooting, editing, writing, and distribution of documentary films, educational videos, social media content, PSAs, and television programming.

Do you travel for productions?

Yes! We work on projects worldwide and are comfortable adapting to extreme logistical challenges, diverse cultures, and different languages.

Absolutely. We're uniquely positioned to support productions throughout Southeast Alaska's Inside Passage and the renowned Tongass National Forest.
